First fireworks

Are firework pics classed as the name of this thread....mmmm....Anyway here are some pics i took on 'Bonfire' night, i've never taken pics of fireworks so it was hit and missif they came out right, take in mind that i used a G6 fixed to a table-top tripod on my window sill,(window open) and set the cam to ISO-50, f8, and various exposure lengths from 10/15 secs. i also cropped a little to get rid of some of the street scene. Yes your going to say that there are wires accross the pics, the reason for that is because it was raining so i had to stay indoors. but C&C welcome....please??

Technically they are good. You probably exposed the first for a bit too long, but the second is great. As you say, it's a shame about the house and the telephone line running through the fireworks. Next year, use the same techniques and try for a better angle :)
