Anyone any idea of the timetable for Saturday? Can't find anything on the net or from Croft. I'll be there bright & early.

Yes but it's full of those Southern types....they smell you know

Anyway i hear JP will be kidnapping random spectators this weekend and forcing them to repair the grass that the trucks carved up.

Croft for me (fingers x'd for decent weather)

Just a bit of friendly advice for anyone travelling from a distance or those unfamiliar with Croft.

The weather in the area today has been foul, to put it mildly. The ground will more than likely be very wet.

I'd suggest a change of shoes if you want to stop the car looking like a Land Rover just drove through it.

Tomorrow's forecast is dry with Sunny spells, 10C and light winds....so i'm taking waterproofs

Oh ye of little faith. I'm bringing a tee shirt just in case!

You can always tell the fair weather photogs, one sniff of rain and they stay indoors. Croft is not a fair weather circuit, even in summer - remember F3/GT? Southern jessies usually spend more time shivering than snapping when they venture north of Brands.

remember F3/GT?

How could we forget that!. I was standing with a friend who's brother (Richard Austin) was racing in the Ginetta Championship...then the hailstorm started.

It was a real 4 seasons in 1 day event

I know this isn't "Photo Sharing" but i think this illustrates Ken's point nicely...

Remember folks, this event was in May...and those white things really are hailstones.
