OK, she really doesn't wear it around the house THAT often but it showed up in this pic.

Any ideas how I would remove the reflected flash from this pic? I really like everything about it except the flash.

you need to get pretty familiar with the clone tool for this one. Select the area you want to work on so that your edges are well-defined. I then added levels and curves layers and used the clone tool on darken mode to tone down some highlights on her face. Then a Unsharp Mask filter and that's it.
