Nice shot Drisley. Lense envy costs me money...LOL
I still wonder if this lense would be better in my arsonal than the 17-40 and the 28-75.....Damn near an even trade swap

Actually that was taken with the 70-200/2.8L, not the 24-70L. I find the wide end of both lenses to be the sharpest focal length, so the 70mm on the longer zoom is slightly better than 70mm of the shorter zoom.
So, hopefully that will help your decision :)

Thanks.....My lense is still at Canon and the seller is going to pay the whole repair bill...$300 Can.
I hope the lense is a winner when I get it back! This is the last time I buy a lense over 1 year old!!!!!
