Swimmer - Opinions welcome

Cold November morning and this lady was about to go in for a swim in the Irish sea. There was a lot happening in the original picture so I cropped it to just leave the following. What do you think? Opinions please. Thank you.

I like the idea and the use of b&W, i think the other chap in the image slightly spoils it, she's a brave soul, it be cold in them there waters

I like the shot. However, for me her head seems to get lost against the background of the rocks. I wonder if there is any way you can bring it out more in PS. Maybe you could leave the color in for her swim cap and bathing suit to make it really stand out. Just an idea.

I like the guy in the background- he is completely covered- warmly dressed. There she is in a swim suit. Without that man in the back it could be a warm day. It tells more of a story with the man in the back.
