"Reason for edit"

Previously when we edit our posts there was an area where we can write why we did the editing. It's seems this option is no longer available or I might be missing it. Can somebody shed some light on that :D please.

If you hit "Go Advanced" that box will still come up. For a simple edit, it does not.
