What a fine feeling it is to join the ranks of famous photographers ! !
To become in fact the equal of the very famous Henri Cartier-Bresson no less.
Cartier-Bresson was famous for capturing the Defining Moment in his photographs.
And now, I have equalled if not surpassed his performance.

Yesterday I went out with my friend Vic to again have a play with his brand new camera. Down at the yacht harbor I took a routine test shot as there seemed to be something very wrong with the metering in this new toy.
The camera by the way is faulty and the metering is
SIX (6) stops out.
The shot below was taken on manual and ignoring the meter
which kept insisting that I am crazy.

Only when we got home and put the pics on the screen did Vic notice that I had accidentally captured the Famous Defining Moment. :)

SIX stops out? ??? Wow! It's going back to Canon, right?

It's the defining moment all right! :D

BTW, Vic's got some dust on his sensor. I can see dust bunnies in the sky. When he sends it back to Canon, get him to ask them to clean the sensor as well...

WHHHAAAAHH!! How funny! Just goes to show, you can never get away with anything when there's a Canon User about!! Good job you didn't shoot this scene from a sideways angle.

Even better that you weren't using your Pro90IS at full zoom!

You seem to be developing a theme, eland. I recall your messy birds shot from last year ... :)

I think the shot is good. It could be rotated a slight to bring it level and the dust bunnies removed no probs.
I'm reminded of The Who's album "Who's Next".
