Hi there,

I've got an A70 attached to win 2000 pro, i tried to reinstall the driver several times, but i can only acuire from zoombrowser, but not from ACDsee5 and PS7.
They can see the camera, but when i try to acuire, i get a window from the canon twain driver that says unable to connect ...
p.s.
When the twain driver installs, it says at one point that this stage is completed, i then should click ok and connect the camera, afterwitch the driver installation continues... it never does this !
Can anyone give me an idea for a sollution ?

THX,

Ed.

On Win2K, you won't really see much more driver install when you connect your camera. My guess would be that you might be trying to acquire movie clips as well as images. This could be preventing the downloading. Try it with just images. Just a guess.
