The first rule of voting. Please please please leave a comment when you vote. This contest really comes alive when people just drop in,say hi and perhaps tell us why they voted for a particular photo. It makes the contest more fun and gives really great feedback for the photographers.
Other stuff:
The poll will remain open for 7 days.
You can vote for three photos. Your vote will be public. Remember you need to vote for all 3 photos at the same time.
Please don't vote for your own photos!
As before there will 1st, 2nd and 3rd place positions.
No prizes, sorry
I will be announcing the names (aliases) of the people who win. Send me a PM if you don't want your name to be announced. All the photos can be viewed here (http://canondigitalphotographycontests.fotopic.net/)

Number one is awesome. It reminds me of "the headless horseman". Definitely spooky. It has just enough color and light (or dark, really) to make it eerie. The horse's eye glowing adds that evil touch. Great job!

I like number 11. It has rich colors and just stands out. Puts you in the graveyard.

There's definitely something spooky about dolls, but the witches in #3 are particularly spooky!
I definitely wouldn't want to come across the scene in #11 whilst geocaching at night! I got a chill down my spine just looking at that one.

I voted for #8. I've heard of people having a fear of clowns... now I know why... great shot.
I voted for #12. The title really helped this picture, I like how tight the shot is and the huge lighting difference between the two sides of the face. The rough look of the photo adds to its character.
I voted for #14. I like the lighting of this photo and it has great DOF. I'm trying to decide if the trash bins help this photo or not, but how do you move a bunch of trash bins for a photo :) - Great shot.

Skull coming out of the grave. Now that's spooky.

The skull and jawbone in the graveyard is very well staged. Good colors. Erie.

Hi All.
I voted for 11, 8, and 9.
#11 is a great pic. It could be the cover of a scary book for kids.
#8, what can I say, I like horror flicks.
#9, just a great pic, good exposure, I like the eerie feeling to it.
