Can anyone give me some advice on how to fix my image numbering in Mac OS 10.2...I download my images from my 10D via a cardreader and place them in a file on my desktop ....the times the images were taken are all off by a longshot...the day is correct but the times are wrong...I have made sure that the computer time is set correctly and the 10D time is correct...WHAT IS WRONG?....thanks

FWIW, here's what I'd try:
1. Are all the filenames off by a specific amount of time, or are they off by random amounts?
2. Were the hour/minute/seconds exchanged? (Some download software provides a file-name template where you assemble the filename out of various files like date, time, etc...)
3. Do the images have correct exif data?
If the answer to any of the above is yes, then I'd write a short perl or python script to rename the files (of course, I'm a software engineer so that greatly influences my course of action ;)
