Battery Charger Light - Blinking Red/Green

Does anyone know what does it mean when the cb-2lt s45 battery charger blinking alternately red and green?

Do you any answer on for this request ? I'm facing the same problem with my Canon CB-2LT. I have a battery which was working very well, and now since I plug it, it start blinking without charging.
