Okay, so I have been trying to get star trails in my night sky pictures, I am getting the hang of it a little better now.
But, while I was sipping my Pumpkin Spice Coffee and freezing my fingers off I began to think about something, has anyone heard of something like this that already exists...?
Instead of setting SUPER huge bulb exposures, why not bump the ISO way up to capture the star light and build something that you can rotate the camera around on a central point while rotating at the same speed to create the same effect as the earths rotation to get the star trails?
Has anyone ever tried something like this before? Thoughts are appreciated!
