Subtle PS

Here's a quick shot of a co-worker I took awhile back and the same shot with what I hope is considered some subtle and flattering PS. Comments and criticism welcome.

I think you accomplished your task very nicely. The 2nd image is a nice improvement over the 1st and you really don't see too much evidence of photo manipulation.

I like it.

The photoshoped shot looks very good. It makes your co-worker look younger and the increased saturation adds a more "healthy" glow to her.

Yes, you definitely did a nice job with the second one. I imagine it must have taken a bit of time to make the changes around the chin area.

Actually that was quick and easy using the healing brush.

the edited version seems a little too red to me, maybe lower it just a little? Very nice edit, you did a great job with it.
