experts pls help!

I've got two questions for my new bought Powershot A40.

1. How can I use it as a web camera? where to find related software, how to contect, how to set up?....

2. I replaced the 8mb CF card with a new 128Mb CF card, but in the movie mode, it can just shoot for around 14 seconds, not 3 -4 minutes as it's supposed to shoot.
Is it related to the new CF card? should I change sth to the camera to make it work?

You cannot use it as a web cam and it does not give you more than 13-15 seconds tops for video, bottom line.
