ok which is the one or combination to get?
Copperhill sells a kit along with a brush for sweeping for abot 40 bucks...........and then there is Visible dust kit that is around 200 bucks, also includes a sweeping brush.
160 dollar difference is huge, so what does one buy and who do you trust?

I made up my own kit, do a search and you should find many answers. Choice is yours but IMO the Copperhill kits are quite good, as good as any and theres no need to spend more unless you want to.

Micro-Tools has the Copperhill type kit for even cheaper - check here: http://www.micro-tools.com/. Get a rocket blower too while you're there.

I use the Giottos Rocket Blower, and it works great.
I have never seen a lick of dust on any of my shots. Although, I rarely shoot at apertures greater than F11 for landscapes.

I've been using copperhill and it works well. But you can't travel with it -- that's a drawback to solvents and compressed air systems. I recently bought the Arctic Butterfly and it worked OK too (only tested once). Very simple system.

On my frequent trips to spain, I notice that the bars use gin to wipe marks of cd's. Are glass protected sensors more succeptable to damage,or do the providers of these overpriced cleaning kits, depend on how nervous people are when the word sensor is mentioned. Would love to have the courage to try the gin. PS. also good for wiping down marble !
