I am in the process of messing around with the hosting of my images. I was going to go back and edit my posts to point to the new locations.

Upon reading the updated rules, I noticed you cannot edit a post over 7 days old.

What is the best way to move images aroudn without breaking the posts?

Contact a moderator, and let them know what changes you want to make. Anything within reason shouldn't be a problem.

Easiest way is to keep the file structure, e.g. if you have

http://www.lowden.orcon.net.nz/P05/ShawnMcDonald01.jpg
and
http://www.flyingpete.nzpages.net/GKPE/MoonRoad.jpg

and your new site is

http://www.lowden.net.nz

I could do an easy overall fix by replacing all "http://www.lowden.orcon.net.nz"s and "http://www.flyingpete.nzpages.net"s with "http://www.lowden.net.nz" if you have the images is same folders:

http://www.lowden.net.nz/P05/ShawnMcDonald01.jpg
http://www.lowden.net.nz/GKPE/MoonRoad.jpg

PM me more info and we can discuss what is the easiest way to do it.

That sounds like a plan, I will let you know when I have moved them all around, as for now, I'm jumping on a plane, and going on holiday!
