Just to add a side note for those that - its normal - may have some doubts. I joined the game, but I am overseas. I've been emailed by the owner of the account with the explanation that being overseas I could not join unless I have an US address and I've been asked if I wanted a refund. Not that this proves anything, except the fact that behind this here is a serious person.

Just my 0.02 and my gut feeling expressed here.
