This forum section is for Canon lens questions.
Maybe you can find a Nikon forum somewhere.

Quick answer, yes. But, you won't really find much expertise on Nikon over here.

The most definitive answer you're likely to get here is a firm "Er, I think so, but who knows?" Recent Nikon lenses should work fully. Older Nikon lenses work progressively less completely until you get to the original Nikon lenses, which, IIRC, don't work at all. But we don't really keep track of what Nikon called their successive generations of lenses. No need to, as they all work the same on Canons (yes, they really do work on Canons - there's a Nikon lens adapter for Canon EF mount available).

Hi Jsaniuk
Yes those lenses will definitely fit and work in all modes with the D50
I must add though that they are not particularly great lenses, you can get better image quality for not much more money-especially with the sigma 70-300 Apo DG
All the best!
