You may need to open the shutter and blow some air in on the sensor. You may have some small specks of dust.

Unscrew all filters and clean both ends of the lens first to make sure it's not a smudge on the filter.

Some kind of articfact like dust or a hair is on your sensor or somewhere near your lens (probably back side that is connected to camera).

Seems to be sensor dust. Get a Giotto's Rocket Blower to clean with. If that doesn't solve the problem you might have to get it professionally cleaned or get one the Sensor Swab Kits and attempt it yourself.

As mentioned ... looks like dust spots. Another way to tell: The wider open your aperture, the less visible the specs will be, but you'll really see them at smaller apertures (i.e. at f/2.8 they might not even be visible, but at f/22 they might become very sharp).

I agree with sensor dust. BTW that's a pretty nice picture.

It does look like sensor dust but be careful with blowing in there. Do not use canned air of any kind. The advice of using the rocket blower is very good. Other kinds of squeeze blowers would be alright but not as good as the rocket.
