I have a canon digital ixus v3 (italian) that don't wont to work with the usb driver.
When i try to install the driver the os (windows 2000) say me that it not have any driver for the camera. I have tryed to force the driver .inf present in the directroy, but it won't work :'(
How I can install the digital camera?

Does Win2K and USB get along?
You may want to try and get an external card reader to eliminate any software problems as the cause.

Yeah, Win 2K and USB are friends.. most of my newer peripherals are USB. Win NT and 95 are not friends with USB.

Did you try to change the communication settings in your camera. With the setting on 'normal' you'll need the Canon usb-driver, but with the setting on PtP Windows XP works fine. So maybe Win2K will be able to work with that setting also (speriamo).
