Stuck Pixel??

I recently took my 10D down to a freind's wedding in Mexico and many of the shots taken have a small red dot in the same location. Is this what is meant by a stuck pixel (sorry if I am using the wrong term)? Will Canon be willing to replace or repair th camera for this issue?

Darrin - I had a similar problem with my D60 the problem turned out to be dust on the CMOS sensor.
