Blue Mountains.... Bad Day

I live a 10 minute walk from Echo Point, and the famous Three Sisters in the Blue Mountains in Australia. But I only ever seem to get time to take the camera down there on the crappy days... anyway heres a panorama i did today.

Seems way too dark in the middle, I like the composition though.

Better pic... I should say I have a bit of a distasteful memory of Katoomba, bad memory.... I was there one easter about 1990 and it rained and fogged as usual. The funny thing was seeing busloads of Japanese and other tourists dismounting the bus at the lookout in total fogout conditions with all their cameras ready. You could hardly see across the carpark! LOL.

Anyway, our rental car (almost new commodore) leaked around the windscreen rubber and since the motel carpark was on a slope, the footwells accumulated 5 inches of rainwater above the carpet. Some things on the floor floated, but my Pentax SLR didn't. It was ruined and not covered by the Hertz insurance...
