Not impressed. As expected for Nikon. A review of the 1Dx said...

From my testing, and looking at the images I produced, I think that [ISO] 25,600 is about the same in terms of noise performance as the EOS-1D Mark IV is when shooting around 4,000 to 5,000 ISO. As such, I’d be totally happy to shoot at ISO 25,600 on the EOS-1D X without having to worry about it.

Yes and no. Yes, in the brighter areas, it looks to be the case. The shadows on the 5D2 are aglow in red speckles.

All in all, its a flaw with the DR of the 5D2. The same thing that makes slightly pushed shadows look like poo at low ISO also screws up aspects of high-ISO images. I'm sure the 5D3 has fixed this to some degree, though. The 7D/60D/600D/550D don't behave this badly in the shadows.

The black cherry is good, the sweetness of the cherries pairs well with the harshness of the oak aging

The Cinnamon was like drinking one of those cinnamon fireballs... with oak on top of it
