This might sound like a wacky question but I was just thinking to myself if a camera can actually "see" those MagicEye pictures; pictures that you look and see nothing first but as you kep looking, somehow magically something 3D "appears". Do you think you could actually take a picture of that?

No - the camera would capture what you initially see. It's not in your eye, but in your brain (if any - I've never been able to see the pictures) that the actual image forms. Of course if you stared at that picture long enough, you'd see whatever you would have through looking at the original.

What you are talking about is called a "Stereogram". As mentioned above, the camera would take a photo of the actual Stereogram itself, not the hidden image.

If you are interested here (http://web.telia.com/~u13115035/index3.html) is a link to a freeware program that will allow you to create Stereograms from your own photos. Have fun!
