A wasted talent,, one of the best footballers ever to have graced a football field. People have been pretty cruel saying that his liver transplant was a waste. Best was obviously ill and could not control his addiction. A reminder to us all the alcohol is a drug and ruins far more life’s then any other

when I was a kid all I can remember of footballers are two players... Best and the Russian goal-keeper.

At that time players were amateurs. They did it for the love of the game (and to get girls :) ) Now it's a multi-$ business :(

very sad for Manchester United fans... And like that wouldn't be enough, an American bought the team. I wonder how many red devils commited suicide so far :-P

Sad time for soccer fans.. Also, I've heard fellow brit, and rally racer Richard Burns lost his battle with cancer today aswell. I'll try to find some details. Hope it isn't ture.
