need a polarizer filter

I lost my polarizer filter at the zoo and I need a new one. I have a Tamron 18-270 lens and do a lot of nature photography. Any body have any suggestions on which Filter (make) I should get.

I use Hoyas and they produce good results image-wise but I don't use them often enough to be able to comment on ruggedness/longevity.
