D60 Underexposing

Hi all,

My D60 seems to be stuck on -1 when using shutter or apperature priority, i've tried in the menu to adjust this but it only lets me adjust bracketing. All i want to do is move the single block? one space to the right back to "0"

any ideas

Touch the shutter button to turn on the meter, now (within a few seconds) turn the dial on the back of the camera.

I think it is necessary to have the on/off switch (next to the back dial) turned on.
