Don't you hate shooting cars at a show. All my carshow pics end up really tight cause i don't want any of the background in them. But, i take them anyway.

Yeah, it was very difficult to get shots of it. Lots of people very up close and getting in my way. For that shot, I was about 2 feet away from the front headlight, framed it, and just waited for the split second when no one was in frame. Wide angle lengthened the car nicely.

I went to a show once and one guy brought say... around 3 million dollars worth of cars. he got a small area to put his stuff in and it was ropped off. So a fairly long lens could get in really nicely with out anyone in front of the cars, still had a bunch of crap in the background though so i tried to stay as tight as possible.

He also brought a "regular" Enzo, a 911 GT1 street car, MB CLK GTR street car, and a Maserati MC12 Stradale. All that on top of the FXX Enzo. I sold this guy some flooring for his house a while back. Nice pile of bricks and a sweet garage to boot!

Not worth it, take it from me. I found a really good deal on a car here in Germany I've always wanted, a silver EVO 6.5 Tommi Makkinen Edition. I almost got it until I found out you're looking at anywhere from $15-20k depending on the car to get it legal for importation to the US. Hence why when Motorex used to sell skylines an r34 gtr was at least 80 grand.:(

Nah, with the extreme 10mm wide angle a few inches in the front would have included acres of background, thus changing the composition. I had to sacrifice some of the trim.
