Got my first non kit lenses this week and it luckily coincided with a very brief trip to NYC. 10-22mm and the nifty fifty...I know flowers aren't Urban, but they were all taken at Union Square in NYC, so I figured that counts. :)

Thoughts are certainly welcome...I'm two months new at this. Thanks everyone.

It would've been great to get this without "company" in the scene...but it was around 6pm or so (my only option) and it was at NYU, so it was busy.

Just 2 months? Looks like you're off to a great start Ryan. Don't mind the "company" in shot #2 sometimes having people in the frame helps with perspective, although they are a bit distracting here. :p

Thanks guys. I just need to spend a little more time thinking about a shot rather than just snapping and moving on. I probably could've waited for that scene to be less busy. :(

very nice series: good colors of the buildings and evenso in the flower shots. Good bokeh there and play with sharpness. If this is the start then let us see the progress after warmup... Thanks.
