First photo with S2 IS

I know this is nothing fantastic, but it the first photo taken couple days ago with my new Canon S2 IS. Seem to be a real learning curve with this camera, but hope to get better with use.

Congratulations on your camera purchase! Or have you got it was a gift?;)

On topic now: the objet captured is interesting in itself but you could have chosen a better angle. This angle does nothing to me.

Try to blur the background as its distracting and does not add to the picture.

Try also to get closer to the object by zooming in. You camera is quite zoom-capable.:D

Suedezu, Thanks for the comments. Yes I purchased the camera. The first shot was just a quick one to see if camera worked out of the box. Didn't take time to frame or make sure everything was OK or pleasing to the eye. Was too anxious to get that first shot.

This i can understand. I remember the moment when i got my G6. What a day it was...:D
