My PM folder shows 1 unread PM and 1 "stored". My PM folder shows NO PM and 1 stored. When I "empty folder" there is nothing to empty.
Can anyone suggest how to delete or retrieve this unread PM?

I have sent numerous request to the Moderators but not 1 reply.

Not sure which Mod you may have sent to. What probably happened though was that a scammer sent you (and numerous other members) a PM. When Pekka cleans up those, for whatever reason vBulletin doesn't realize that the PM has been deleted, so continues to show it. I've sent you a PM. Deleting it should force the system to reset your PM counter.

Still showing 1 Stored..but no "unread". Can't find "unstore(?)"

Top of the page with your PMs, in the box called "Folder Controls" use the drop-down list to change which folder you're viewing. You may well be seeing a message you sent.

Only 2 folders and 1 was a "sent" to your previous response.
