Personally, I like the colors a lot, but the lamp post and power line in the middle hurt the composition. I also think that if you are going to use the boats as black silhouettes with no detail in them, you might move closer to them, getting them at the lower edge of the image.

The boats really get lose because they are so dark that it takes away from the shot. The clouds and water are nice, but the boats ruin the shot for me.
