Wow,.. great picture!
You know it reminds of a little saying that popped into my head one day as a young child watching a centipede grab a silverfish,. bite it,. wait a few seconds for the venom to litereally liquify the silver fish, which the centipede then sucked up like a refreshing beveradge....
"Size MATTERS"
Think about it, on this planet we are among the giants walking the surface. If we were small enough to be subject to the specialized predators of the insect world,. or the oceans.... *shudder *

Wow, that is amazing!
I just got my G3 a few days ago...and am still learning, of course.
How did you get this shot? Auto mode? P? Etc? Did you have Macro on, via the Macro button on the cam or from another setting? Did you use the Digital Zoom? Did you use the Manual Focus?
Thanks! :)

Shot with auto in macro mode. No other attatchments to the cam (no filters etc) Sadly this is the worst picture I took yesterday but it had the most interesting subject matter.
here are a few of the other pics i took yesterday, linked for 56k consideration-

Tell that to the dinosaurs.
And we may be giants compared to most other species, we still succumb to the tiniest ones; bacterias. And viruses if yoiu consider them alive.
