Date and Time Not Correct on Pictures

Over the last two or three days I have taken a few photos with my new Canon S2 IS. They have been uploaded to My Pictures on computer. When I open one and right click on it, then properties, the date and time Created on the General Tab & the date and time on the Summary Tab is showing a day earlier (Actually taken on 12-1-05, showing 11-30-05) and the time is no where near exact time taken. I have double checked and time and date set in camera is correct. Computer date and time is also correct. So why is it wrong on photo information?

I think I have this straight.
Created time in general tab=date & time photo file created on computer.
in summary>advanced you get date & time picture taken
I could be wrong though

Thanks Skip, I now have it corrected. Had to set the PM time in camera to the 24 hour time as in (4:00PM =1600)
