Writing Files to G3 CF? How?

I've tried to copy files FROM the HD TO the G3, I've never been able to, using XP and the latest firmware.

What's the trick?
Anyone know?

Also "move" from CF to the Desktop doesnt delete the files and sometimes I dont see the folder names either...

The only way I know of to write files to the G3 CF is to use a card reader. That effectively makes the CF another drive.

In fact, that's how I print shots. I download first into my computer, do the juju with Paint Shop Pro 7, then put the shots back onto the CF to transport to the store where I print.

Where do you go to get prints? Costco has a price of $ .19 and Kits shows $ .49. That is a huge difference.

I am still waiting to see what happens to the G3 prices in the next few weeks now that the G5 is rolling out soon.
