keep an eye on these webcams (http://yosemite.org/vryos/index.htm), seems to be plenty of snow on the high ground but none on the valley floor yet. I should be heading up myself in late dec early jan.

Nice shot! I would get rid of the junk along the bottom of the picture. Were the trees angled like that naturally, or am I seeing the effect of a wide angle lens? If it's the lens, you might want to experiment with aligning the vertical in Photoshop to see how it would look.
