Hi
This male pheasant and his lady flock live in the field directly behind my garden. He has become cheeky. My wife feeds them but if she forgets or they feel peckish they sit on the fence and ask.

They are quite funny at times. The male is always looking over his flock of females. We are quite lucky where we live, beyond our garden is fields and Hills.

Mant thanks for your kind words. it is strange that the male is so colourful yet the female so plain.

In nature most of the male animals are more colorful to attract the female.
