people I like a lot! (50/1.4 on a 350D)

Shot at sunset eastern light with a 350D set at 100 ISO, 1.4/50mm at f:2.4 1/125. RAW to .dng, CS2 some touch-up plus ChanMix conversion to BW, H/S colorize to the "garbidz sepia" that mimicks Agfa Portriga bromium print. I am not happy with the backbround but there was no room to rearrange. So I just blurred it a bit.

Thank you for the comments. The thing I had to figure out was to drop the red channel to -80 and compensate with G 80 B 46. I know it does not add to 100. I don't care! I got these figures from slightly nudging the values upwards until the highlights started burning out.

I merged the visible on a new layer, made a copy of it, hued it (H/S colorize: H 18 sat 10%) and adjusted levels once more.

Nice shot and color conversion. Sometimes PS can be misused but I think this is a very good use of it.
