This is my first post on this thread. I am very knew to photography so any comments are more then welcome. I took this shot yesterday, it was unseasonably warm for December (even in Texas) and we had a nice walk in the woods.


Taken with kit lense at 55 mm on auto settings (macro mode). F 5.6, 1/60, ISO 400.

This is very nice capture, how did you manage to see this little creature?

I chased him down through the leaves. There were tons of them running around but this was the only one I could get to stand still long enough to get a shot off.

Not much good eatin' on him. Mostly gristle.
