Canon 300 f/4L, handheld. May be a little tighter cropping?

No, not a tighter crop. Too tight already for me - you clipped her ear.

Definitely a nice portrait. My own feeling on cropping... I would have widened the crop on the sides and cropped in a little tighter from the bottom.

I agree that the crop is already a bit tight but what a beautiful portrate. A money maker!

yes, a bit more room on the left and I'd personally edit out the finger(s) on the right. I find it a bit distracting.
