Hello Everyone -- I'm new to this photography thing, but I've been having a lot of fun for about a year now with my Canon S60. A couple of months ago I discovered Flickr, and I've been getting all my family and friends in better touch with each other through posting photos there and commenting. It's been incredibly fun for us. If there's anyone here who's a Flickr.com fan, as you know, some photos you post are more popular than others. Since I'm about one week new to this site/these forums, I would love to share a couple of my (apparently) more appreciated images.

Second image (below): shuffled music • 2 Oct 2005 (Yep. All the Mac geeks [I can say that 'cause I'm one too] love this one.)
These were both taken with my S60 (which loves natural light). By the way, I stumbled across these forums while looking for good information to help me learn to use my new (early) Christmas present, an S2 IS. I'm looking forward to learning a lot about both of my cameras because, even after a whole year, I haven't scratched the surface of my S60's capabilities. Thanks to the site owner for a fantastic resource, and to the posters for making it that way! (Sorry, but I have that newbie enthusiasm; can't help it.)
