Some nice angles and lighting, good capture - sitting here playing with the wheel on my mouse and I cropped off the top part of the sky down to the rainbow - looks good perhaps try a crop.

Using Super Quick Mask (scrolling the pic so the top disappears off the screen :) ) I see what you mean.

You were lucky to be in the right spot at the right time but your composition is also great. This is what makes a photo great!
