This is what I reported 4 weeks ago

I found a good deal on ebay thru Digital Camera Partner for complete unit, Image Tank with 2.5" 30gb hd formated and ready to go, delivered to me in Maine for $135...Plus a free external case for hd's.(?) The ratings are high, but it seems to be an individual not a big store...He has a lot of items in his Ebay store..I needed it sooner than things will happen over Ebay so I called him directly and I gotta say he is accomadating!..I didn,t know he was on the west coast and when I called it was 6:30 am there and he answered from home and I think in bed !! Thats a guy who wants to do business!!!...now we see if it shows...(Friday, November11)

Since then I took the Image tank to Costa Rica and loaded all my cards on it as I used them up...then transfered the cards to disk at a local internet cafe...then formated the cards and used them again...the Image tank was my safety....and it worked flawlessly...no lost or corrupted files..all were happily intact, even with the heat and moisture , to say nothing of the unbeleivably bumpy roads and stiffly sprung 4 wheel drive truck I traveled in...I'm very happy so far..maybe a little slower than I had anticipated, about 4 minutes to download a 526 meg CF card into the Image Tank.....Overall I am A++ happy with the vendor and A+ with the image tank....as time goes buy I'll report any short commings of the unit..

Thanks for the report, Peach.

I'm in the market for a PSD myself, so I appreciate anyone who takes the time to comment on their choice.

but on ebay he is listed as Digital123 (13858) which I assume is his vendors number...The iten is listed as digital partner image tank but shows only the case for a 2.5"hd for $49....click on that item then scroll down to the complete setup...this guy was a great help and did exactally as he said he would! 100% to him!

Probably one of the forum's "forbidden words" cropping up. Tell him to wash his server out with soap!

Nah - it starts out email addresses. Another PSD worth looking at is the Nexto CF - it's amazingly fast, decent battery life etc. I haven't actually got one, but they look really good, and have had decent reviews.
