Newbie- Help w Red -Eye

I have a hard time getting my Zoombrowser software to remove the red eye. What are some other options of photo editing/storage software that I should look at? I am running XP.

Don't think you can do Red-eye with zoombrowser itself.

I use Photoshop elements, can do that and tons of other stuff (also about a tenth of Full Photoshop price)

Way I do it is -
Select red pupil with a circular marque tool (feather a bit)
CTRL+U - brings up hue/saturation box
Select red from drop down menu
Move saturation slider to about -95 (makes red turn grey)
OK that
CTRL+L for levels box
Move the left hand triangle (under the histogram) to midway under the rightmost peak.
OK that

(Just about the same for PainShopPro)
This probably sounds like gobbldegook without seeing the program, but you should be able to get a demo of either
