here are my questions.
1. What is original magnification ratio of 70-200 f/2.8L at 200mm ?
2. what will be ratio with a 2X TC i.e. at 400mm ?
3. what will be ratio with canon EF 25mm extension tube & how much light will I loose ? what will be minimum focusing distance ?
4. what will be ratio with Tokina 63 mm tubes set & how much light will I loose ? what will be minimum focusing distance ?
5. Can I get to 1:1 or higher with extension tubes on 70-200 f/2.8L ?
6. what will be ratio with extension tubes + 2X TC i.e. at 400mm ?
7. Can I use 70-200 f/2.8L+1.4X TC+2X TC+extension tubes ?? what will be resultant f number & magnification ratio ??? what will be minimum focusing distance ?

Thanks

There are some examples here of using that lens with various extenders, TCs etc.

If you want to use this lens for macro, most common combo = 70-200+500D+1.4TC+Tubes. If you get the IS version, it rocks with this combo. Handheld macro is possible.

Brian's link is very good. I'd emphasize that if you combine a t-con with tubes, you should put the tubes between the lens and the t-con (in order: camera, t-con, tubes, lens). If you switch the order you won't get much added benefit.
