That looks like the place in Nairobi called Carnivore. It is a restaurant that specializes in serving game meat. Vegetarians need not go there.
I found the crocodile meat to have a bit of gristle, but the eland was excellent.

I ate there in Oct '04. Excellent! I, too, found the croc gristly but the ostrich was really good.

here is the menu we faced that day......
I personally like the Ostritch Meat balls, the straight ostritch was a little "gamey"
the Croc was tasty, and the camel, well somehow I felt like "spitting...."

Sorry to add more....

Oh, the menu has gone to Hell.
When I was there, there were about eight different wild game meats on the menu. The meat servers would wander around from table to table slicing off a slab from their skewered hind quarter of something.
The only way I could sample everything was to ask for the tiniest piece of each one, like one or two ounces.
Of course, then you go hop on a jet at the airport and spend all night curled up in Tourist Class and hope that your dinner doesn't come up.
