ixus v2 no sound

help!! when i playback a movie there is no sound at all. have tried movie player and quick time, is this a setting problem or is there a fault with the camera.

Have you tried it on another computer yet?

have tried another computer still no good, properties in media player says i have a sound file. sound used to work is there any other tests to do or is camera at fault
