Is the bridge overexposed?

I'm no expert, but the bridge does not look overexposed to me. Personally, I like this shot a lot.

Nor me but for my taste I would probably increase the contrast slightly.

Don't think it is. Some suggestions:
- try to flip the shot 180 degrees
- try to dodge the reflection of the bridge in the water a little of liquify the reflection. It's a little static right now.
