First photo

Hi this is my first digital photo that i've taken, it was taken using a nikkon coolpix 775 but i should be getting a 10d soon.

Nice photo. I like the way the sunbeams are going one direction while the rain goes the other way. Can't wait to see what you can get with a 10D.

Good work, Harri and lovely rays. Pressing the shutter is only half the work though. You need to do some processing to make it great! I assume you got Photoshop Elements with your camera? You will spend a lot of time behind the screen (like the rest of us).
The learning curve is long and steep but well worth you time and effort!

Thanks for your comments, i was wondering if anyone knew where i could pick up some tips in editing photos? I don't unfortunately have photoshop but i do have Photoplus.

Interresting photo. Not sure I would have kept this one though. The Lighted area of sky throws the photo off. To some it may add to it.
