I dont think that was a issue it was more for the bride and brides maids and all the items involved like cake etc....

I don't think you did a bad job, but your flash work is a bit harsh (especially see the pinlighs in baby's eyes) and your B&W conversions are flat. Your group shot is a bit tight, you gotta think about those in terms of 8x10s.

I took many group shots so I aint worried about that!!
My flash work was not harsh, I didnt even use the flash much at all due to light being really good my flash had a diffuser over it with it facing upwards or bouncing where needed indoors etc the black and white conversions mayb flat due to photobucket upload but I dont see any issue my end with originals :)

Agreed. It looks a little harsh and also flat to me.
